Our Mission
The International Korean Student Association (IKSA) was founded by students here at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in order to help Korean and any other students feel more at home on campus. We are here to build a community that promotes a lifelong journey of personal growth and leadership. We will do so by holding weekly social meetings and fundraiser events to active members in order to build a sense of community and belonging, along with inviting professional UIUC transfer alumni to speak about their successes and opportunities for career growth. We hope to uphold our members' sense of cultural identity while helping them adjust to life here on campus, and preparing them to live fulfilling lives with upstanding purpose.
